Subdomain method for brushless double-rotor flux-switching permanent magnet machines with yokeless stator

This paper presents a two-dimensional analytical model for brushless double-rotor flux-switching permanent magnet machines (BDRPFSPMM) with yokeless stator recognized as type of partitioned-structure that is an appropriate machine to be employed the electric motor in industry. The most salient advantages proposed are low iron loss due volume and high space slot winding. radial tangential components magnetic flux density magnets armature currents each active domain machine, electromagnetic torque, self- mutual inductance, unbalanced force (UMF), local traction calculated based on subdomain method. Teethes both rotor structures effective quantities, so interactions saliency considered. method general field calculation any combination rotor- stator-pole number. To validate model, outputs compared those obtained from finite element (FEM).
